Refund & cancellation policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid Services purchased through gocited.pro or invoiced directly by GoCited (“we,” “us,” “our”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Build projects (GoCited Now, GoCited Core, GoCited Pro, GoCited Shop, GoCited AI Custom)

Build projects are one-time engagements, typically paid as a single upfront payment (GoCited Now, GoCited Core) or in milestones — deposit, midpoint, completion (GoCited Pro, GoCited Shop, GoCited AI Custom).

Before work begins

If you cancel within 12 hours of payment and before we have started any design or development work, you’ll receive a full refund.

After work begins

Once work has started, payments already made are non-refundable. Because larger projects are billed in milestones, this limits your exposure to only the work actually completed at the time you cancel — you are never charged in advance for work not yet delivered.

After delivery

Once a project is delivered and you’ve approved the final result (or the revision window has closed without objection), the engagement is considered complete and is non-refundable.

2. Get Cited monthly plans (Foundation, Growth, Authority)

Get Cited plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time — there’s no long-term contract.

• Canceling stops future billing. Your current billing period’s service continues until the end of that period; we do not prorate or refund the current month.
• Because visibility work compounds over time, we recommend at least a 3-month commitment to see meaningful results, but this is a recommendation, not a requirement.

3. Audit ($750)

The Audit is a one-time deliverable (a full technical, content, entity, and reputation report with a 90-day roadmap). Because it is delivered as a completed report, it is non-refundable once delivered.

If you proceed to a Build project or a Get Cited plan within 90 days of your Audit, the full $750 is credited toward that engagement.

4. Free tools

Our free tools — the instant AI-Readiness Score, the ROI estimator, and the Free AI Check report — are provided at no cost and are not subject to this policy.

5. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email gocitedpro@gmail.com with your name, the service purchased, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us directly before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved faster this way, and it helps us keep serving all our clients well.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
