Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gocited.pro (the “Site”) and any services provided by GoCited (“GoCited,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including website and application development, AI tool development, and AI search visibility services (collectively, the “Services”). By using this Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

GoCited offers two categories of Services:

• Build — one-time website, e-commerce, and custom AI application projects, scoped and quoted individually.
• Get Cited — ongoing monthly AI search visibility programs (Foundation, Growth, and Authority plans), billed month to month.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, invoice, or agreement between you and GoCited, which takes precedence over general descriptions on this Site.

2. Free tools and estimates

This Site offers free tools, including an instant AI-Readiness Score checker, an ROI estimator, and a Free AI Check report. These tools provide directional, illustrative estimates based on published industry benchmarks and automated technical analysis. They are not guarantees of actual AI visibility, traffic, leads, or revenue for your specific business.

3. Payment terms

• Build projects are typically billed in milestones (e.g., deposit, midpoint, completion), as specified in your project agreement.
• Get Cited plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time; we recommend a minimum three-month commitment for visibility results to develop, but you are not contractually locked in beyond the current billing period.
• Where online payment is offered through this Site, payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details.
• Fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except as otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.

4. Revisions

Build project agreements include up to two rounds of free revisions during the review and acceptance period. Revisions beyond that scope, or requested after the acceptance window, require a separate paid agreement.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a Build project, you own the final deliverable (the website, application, or tool code created specifically for you), excluding any third-party libraries, fonts, stock assets, or platforms it relies on, which remain subject to their own licenses. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GoCited retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

6. No guarantee of results

AI search visibility depends on factors outside our control, including changes to AI platforms’ models, ranking behavior, and policies. While we apply industry best practices and report progress transparently, we do not guarantee specific rankings, citation frequency, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

7. Third-party platforms

GoCited is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, Meta, or any other AI or search platform referenced on this Site. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to these platforms describe compatibility or testing scope only.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoCited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or the Services, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a monthly Get Cited engagement at the end of the current billing period. GoCited may suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in a signed client agreement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
