GoCited (“GoCited,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates gocited.pro (the “Site”) and provides website, application, and AI search visibility services (the “Services”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in a few limited ways:

• Free AI Check requests. When you submit our Free AI Check form, we collect your business name, website URL, city/state, email address, and optionally your industry and a competitor URL. This is processed through Web3Forms, a third-party form service, and delivered to our email.
• Instant AI-Readiness Score tool. When you enter a URL into our free instant checker, our server reads that site’s public HTML and structure to calculate a score. We do not store the URLs you check or the results.
• Client service delivery. If you become a client, we may request access to accounts you control — such as Google Business Profile, Yelp for Business, or Google Analytics (GA4) — solely to perform the Services. We do not collect or store your account passwords; access is granted through each platform’s own permission system.
• Basic site usage. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve a request to Google’s servers. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics scripts of our own at this time.

2. How we use information

• To respond to Free AI Check requests and prepare your report
• To deliver contracted services (website builds, AI applications, monthly visibility work)
• To communicate with you about your project or account
• To improve our Services and this Site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

3. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate:

• Web3Forms — processes form submissions from this Site
• Google Fonts — serves typography used on this Site
• Hosting provider (Hostinger) — hosts this website
• Payment processing (for future paid tools and reports) will be handled by a reputable third-party payment processor once introduced; we do not store your payment card details ourselves

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

4. Data retention

We retain information you submit through our forms only as long as needed to respond to your request or deliver contracted Services, or as required by law. Client account access (GBP, GA4, etc.) is used only for the duration of the engagement and can be revoked by you at any time through that platform’s own settings.

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing gocitedpro@gmail.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Children’s privacy

Our Services are directed at businesses and business owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years old.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
